    Dr. Vontsteen is responsible for helping to facilitate professional development for STEM-CLEAR students. He will be creating several learning theory-based, contextualized professional development opportunities for students to enroll in on the topics of self-regulatory behaviors, networking, relationship building, mentor communication, public speaking, cognition based learning strategies, research reading/writing, and more. He will also assist with supporting the STEM-X capstones through his work with the IDEA Center.
